Meet our founder
Joy Chiamaka Adikwuru, a graduate of Economics from the renowned Nnamdi Azikiwe University, discovered her passion for event planning during her service year. What began as organizing events for friends and family soon turned into a
deeper calling to create unforgettable experiences. In June 2017, she took a decisive step by registering Joydelia Events. Rather than rushing into the business, Joy spent the next few years honing her skills, learning from industry leaders, and perfecting her craft.
By 2021, she fully launched Joydelia Events with a mission to elevate event planning in Nigeria. Under her leadership, the company has become synonymous with luxury, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail. Joy’s keen design sense and deep understanding of client needs have positioned Joydelia Events as one of the top event management companies in Lagos and Nigeria, celebrated for consistently delivering high-end, personalized events that exceed expectations.
